ESENTIA Energy Development, S.A.B. de C.V. agreed to acquire 100% of Energía Occidente de México, S. de R.L. de C.V., owner/operator of the ~313 km Guadalajara–Manzanillo natural gas pipeline system, for a gross purchase price of US$400 million, extending ESENTIA's integrated pipeline network to the Port of Manzanillo and connecting with its VAG system.
