EVE Energy signs framework agreement with Fluence for up to 206 GWh of battery deliveries

EVE Energy and its subsidiary Hubei EVE Power signed a framework supply agreement with Fluence Energy Global Production Operation, LLC for up to 206 GWh of battery capacity between 2027 and 2031. The parties committed to deliver 16 GWh in 2027 and reserve an additional 190 GWh for the 2028‑2031 period. Specific product specifications, quantities, prices and delivery schedules will be defined in subsequent purchase orders. The deal expands Fluence's storage portfolio in the United States while giving EVE Energy a foothold in the North American market. Both companies noted that policy changes or market conditions could affect implementation of the framework.
