Fervo acquires BayWa r.e. Power Solutions in Italy

Fervo completed the acquisition of BayWa r.e. Power Solutions S.r.l., the Italian solar EPC and energy solutions division of BayWa r.e., for an undisclosed sum. The acquired company, based in Verona, specializes in rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects, battery storage systems, and integrated energy solutions for industrial customers, utilities, and independent power producers. BayWa r.e. Power Solutions has installed over 120 MWp of solar capacity and generates annual revenue exceeding €20 million. The transaction strengthens Fervo's technical services and energy management platform, adding renewable energy development, design, and construction capabilities. Fervo, headquartered in Nova Milanese, now employs more than 340 people and expands its operational presence to Verona. The acquisition aligns with Fervo's strategy to reach €100 million in revenue in 2026 by supporting clients in their energy transition and carbon footprint reduction efforts.
