Fist Crowdfunding concluded its first crowdfunding campaign entirely on its proprietary blockchain platform, raising R$ 138.3 thousand from 30 investors to finance five solar photovoltaic plants for OAB Pernambuco. The plants, totaling 57 kWp of installed capacity, are expected to generate approximately 7,500 kWh of electricity monthly, with investors receiving potential annual returns of up to 22% over five years. The financing was structured through equity tokenization on the Polygon blockchain, with the entire process—from investor acquisition to operational management—conducted digitally. OAB Pernambuco signed a 10-year lease agreement for the solar systems, securing electricity bill discounts exceeding 20%, which could reach up to 25% depending on local utility tariffs. At the end of the lease term, ownership of the plants will transfer to OAB Pernambuco without additional costs, while investors benefit from predictable revenue linked to the predictable performance of solar assets.
