ForeFront Power developed and will own, operate, and maintain a 5 MW DC solar and battery energy storage system at the City of Vacaville’s Easterly Wastewater Treatment Plant under a 20-year Power Purchase Agreement, supplying nearly 8.1 GWh/year and saving the city over $25 million in electricity costs over the system’s 20-year life.
