Forsa Energy acquired the ready-to-build 59.3 MWp Wormald Green solar project from Harmony Energy. The project is located in North Yorkshire, England, and is forecast to generate approximately 57 GWh of electricity annually. Financial close and the start of construction are scheduled for Q4 2026, with commercial operations targeted for Q4 2027. The acquisition is part of Forsa Energy's growth strategy with shareholder Tiger Infrastructure Partners to expand its renewable generation portfolio alongside an existing 298 MW reserve gas generation portfolio and recent wind acquisitions of approximately 86 MW. Advisors on the transaction included Locogen and BDO, with legal advice from Shepherd and Wedderburn.
