Fullerton College signed a 20-year power purchase agreement with ForeFront Power under which ForeFront developed, owns and will operate a 1 MW DC solar parking canopy (carport) that will generate about 1.8 GWh/year and offset roughly 19% of the college's electricity use, at no upfront cost to the college.
