Gülermak Renewables acquires 69 MW Powidz 2 solar project in Poland

Gülermak Renewables acquired the 69 MW Powidz 2 solar project in Poland, located in the Wielkopolska region adjacent to its existing 5 MW Powidz 1 project. The acquisition expands Gülermak's European portfolio to over 400 MW. Earlier in September, Gülermak reached financial close on PLN 152.9 million (£30.4 million) for Project Vistula, a 62.7 MW Polish solar portfolio that includes Powidz 1. Clifford Chance provided legal advice while Forte Renewables acted as technical adviser on the transaction.
