GoldenPeaks Capital Holding Ltd. signed a 10-year virtual Power Purchase Agreement to supply approximately 125 GWh/year of solar-generated renewable electricity to NGK Ceramics Polska in Poland, starting production planned for the following year and saving an estimated 938,000 metric tons CO2 over the term.
