Each facility will includes 991,000 square feet of floor space and construction began on March 31, 2026 with completion slated for March 2028. The sites are planned to include mechanical and electrical yards, fire lanes, security entrances, and utilities, and will be colocated with on‑site clean energy supplied by US energy firm AES.
