Harrison Street Asset Management and Trademark Property Company announced a joint investment in Shivers Farm, a 40-acre mixed-use community anchored by Whole Foods Market in Southlake, Texas. Construction is expected to begin in September 2026 with a groundbreaking ceremony planned for the coming weeks. The development will feature 111,000 square feet of retail space, 38,000 square feet of Class A boutique office space, 37 single-family lots, and a 3-acre pad approved for hotel or entertainment uses. The walkable destination will include a nearly one-acre park built around existing heritage live oak trees and a cluster of restaurants with outdoor seating. This investment expands the existing relationship between Harrison Street and Trademark, who also established a joint venture for the Anthem redevelopment of Lincoln Square in North Arlington.
