Haydale signs commercial and supply agreements with DC Cooling Solutions (Liquitherm) and Levidian Nanosystems to bring SETTF to market

Haydale signed agreements with DC Cooling Solutions and Levidian Nanosystems on or before 2026-09-30 to establish the supply chain and route to market for its Super-Efficient Thermal Transfer Fluid (SETTF). The agreements involve joint manufacturing, marketing and distribution through a newly formed, dedicated company drawing on DC Cooling Solutions' data center customer base and the partners' industry channels. Haydale said first installations from operator discussions covering approximately 200MW of compute are planned to begin within the next 12 months from the announcement date. The deal positions Levidian to supply G3 graphene for SETTF and Liquitherm (parent of DC Cooling Solutions) to support commercial deployment and scale production at Haydale's Ammanford facility. The parties will jointly take the product through qualification and first commercial deployments, and Haydale intends to secure dedicated external capital for the venture.
