Hendrie Lane Capital, V12 Investments, and The Zaro Group acquired the 3 & 6 Riverside Drive portfolio, a 170,771-square-foot research and development and advanced manufacturing complex in Andover, Massachusetts, for $43.5 million. The two-building, 16-acre property is 100 percent leased to established R&D and advanced manufacturing companies, including Fishman, NEOLab, Physical Sciences, Inc., and SciAps, with three tenants using the site as their headquarters. The transaction marks the first investment under Hendrie Lane's new strategy focused on R&D and advanced manufacturing properties in the greater Boston, New York Tri-State Region, Washington D.C., San Francisco Bay Area, and North Carolina's Research Triangle. JLL represented the seller, and Washington Trust Bank provided $28.6 million in acquisition financing.
