HMN Technologies was selected to supply and install the SEA-H2X and SHV-HK submarine cable systems. The SEA-H2X spans 5,746 km linking Hong Kong, Singapore, Hainan, Thailand, and the Philippines with eight fiber pairs and over 200 Tbit/s capacity. The SHV-HK cable connects Cambodia and Hong Kong with a designed capacity of 80 Tbit/s. The supply agreement supports China Mobile’s effort to lower latency across the Greater Bay Area and Southeast Asia. The contract ties HMN Technologies to the consortium led by China Mobile, China Unicom and Converge ICT Solutions, enabling integrated cross‑continental transmission corridors. No financial terms were disclosed.
