Norway's Hystar and India's Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) signed a collaboration agreement to enable phased local manufacturing of PEM electrolyzers based on Hystar's technology for green hydrogen projects in India. The partnership aims to deploy Hystar's unique PEM electrolyzer technology in the Indian market through local production capabilities developed with BHEL. Hystar's CEO Fredrik Mowill emphasized India's key role in the global transition to green hydrogen and the long-term collaboration potential with BHEL to build local manufacturing capabilities.
