I Squared Capital acquires Cella to expand logistics and cold storage in Indonesia

I Squared Capital announced the acquisition of Cella, an industrial logistics and cold storage platform, from NWP Property and CRE, Inc. Cella operates five modern logistics and cold storage facilities totaling about 231,000 square meters of net leasable area in Greater Jakarta and Surabaya. The assets serve blue‑chip ecommerce, third‑party logistics, retail and consumer‑goods customers and are positioned to meet Indonesia’s rising domestic consumption and ecommerce growth. The deal expands I Squared’s transport and logistics portfolio, which already includes WOW Logistics in the United States, Cube Cold in Europe, and Royal Cold Storage in the Philippines. I Squared plans to grow the platform organically and through further acquisitions to become a leading logistics provider in Indonesia’s fast‑growing market.
