Spanish utility Iberdrola agreed to acquire a 42 MW solar PV plant in Lazio, Italy, from CCE, an Austrian renewable energy company. The asset, commissioned within the last six months, benefits from long-term PPAs ensuring stable cash flows. The acquisition forms part of Iberdrola's Etruria Complex, expanding its total Italian capacity to approximately 400 MW across multiple solar projects.
