Avangrid, a US subsidiary of Iberdrola, signed a long-term PPA with Puget Sound Energy for the 199.5 MW Big Horn I wind farm in Klickitat County, Washington, under which Avangrid will repower and upgrade the facility and supply PSE with its output, with the upgraded facility expected to enter service in 2028.
