ILX Management joins financing for Genneia's 349 MW solar and 40 MW BESS projects in Argentina

ILX Management has joined the financing round for Genneia's portfolio of four operational solar parks totaling 349 MW and the 40 MW BESS Maschwitz project in Argentina. The financing is structured under Genneia's agreement with BID Invest, which acts as the main structurer, and includes a first tranche of USD 185 million that can expand to USD 320 million. The solar assets include the 180 MW San Rafael park in Mendoza, the 129 MW San Juan Sur park in San Juan, and the 20 MW Lincoln and Junín parks in Buenos Aires, all of which have reached commercial operation. The BESS Maschwitz project, located in Tigre, Buenos Aires, will have 160 MWh of storage capacity and is scheduled to enter operation in the first quarter of 2027.
