The acquisition includes Electrada's team, project pipeline, charging depot development, energy management software, and intellectual property. Electrada operates over 375 depots serving commercial fleets, including public agencies and Fortune 500 companies. This transaction strengthens Inspiration's ability to support customers from electrification planning through vehicle deployment, charging infrastructure, and daily fleet operations, particularly in heavy-duty commercial vehicles and autonomous vehicle operations.
