Isagen agreed to acquire Patria Investments' 75% stake and Ashmore Colombia's 25% stake in the 360 MWp Puerta de Oro solar park located in Guaduas and Chaguaní, Cundinamarca. The transaction, executed in cash but with undisclosed value, marks the first desinvestment from Patria's Infrastructure V fund and completes following the project's commercial operation launch in July 2026. Puerta de Oro incorporates 360 MWp into Colombia's National Interconnected System (SIN) using over 511,000 photovoltaic modules and evacuates energy via a 23 km, 230 kV transmission line to the San Felipe substation in Tolima. The plant is expected to generate approximately 728 GWh annually, powering over 390,000 homes and avoiding 370,000 tons of CO2 emissions per year.
