ITOCHU Corporation and EDF power solutions signed a 25-year PPA with Electricidade de Timor-Leste (EDTL) to develop, build, finance and operate a 72 MW solar plant co-located with a 36 MW / 36 MWh battery energy storage system in Manatuto, Timor-Leste.
