Key Line, backed by private equity firm Gemspring, announced the acquisition of utility services firm Palouse Power, merging the two companies. Key Line is based in Roseburg, Oregon, while Palouse Power operates out of Quincy, Washington, and both provide construction and maintenance services for electric distribution, transmission, substation, and communications infrastructure. The combined entity will serve the Pacific Northwest grid, enhancing capabilities across transmission and distribution networks.
