Leeward Renewable Energy (LRE) acquired the 350 MW Harvey Solar Project development located in Licking County, Ohio, from Open Road Renewables. The solar project is in the late stages of development, with construction anticipated to commence in autumn 2026. Commercial operations for the Harvey Solar Project are targeted for late 2028, pending the achievement of final development milestones. This acquisition represents a meaningful investment in Licking County and expands LRE's growing portfolio of renewable energy assets. The project received its Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need from the Ohio Power Siting Board after a multi-year permitting process.
