Lift Partners acquired 651 Martin Avenue, a 7.17-acre infill industrial development site in Santa Clara, California, for $25.75 million. The site, zoned for Heavy Industrial, permits a wide range of uses including warehouse and distribution, data centers, manufacturing, and industrial outdoor storage facilities. The 312,325-square-foot parcel currently features three structures totaling 78,199 square feet, including two warehouses and a service center. Lift Partners plans near-term lease-up while pursuing entitlements for new industrial development, which could accommodate up to 148,635 square feet. JLL represented the seller in this transaction.
