The facility sits within the Gaston County submarket with immediate access to Interstate 85 at Exit 14 and expands Link Logistics’ Charlotte portfolio to nearly 10 million square feet of industrial real estate. Link Logistics said the acquisition supports demand from distribution customers serving the Southeast and leverages Charlotte’s connectivity to major East Coast ports and interstate networks. Trinity Capital Advisors was the seller and was represented by CBRE in the transaction.
