Lydian Energy acquired the Atlas North portfolio comprising more than 1,000 MW of solar and 450 MW/1,800 MWh of battery energy storage across four late-stage projects in North America from Hanwha Renewables, with most output contracted to California load-serving entities and supported by a 500 kV generation-tie transmission connection to the CAISO grid.
