Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement to sell a 36-acre land parcel in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, to Digital Cosmos for RM419 million ($102 million). The transaction covers seven parcels of land and includes provisions for Digital Cosmos to secure 182MW of power capacity and at least 9.41 million liters of water per day for the planned data center campus. Cyberjaya, a planned tech city near Kuala Lumpur, is positioned as a key hub for digital infrastructure development in Malaysia. Digital Cosmos, incorporated in Malaysia just three months prior, is a subsidiary of Singapore-based Digital Cosmos (S) Pte Ltd and is described as being 'principally involved in the development and operation of data centers.'
