Marblehead Municipal Light Department (MMLD), through the Massachusetts Municipal Wholesale Electric Company (MMWEC), will purchase 1,764 MWh/year for five years beginning January 2026 from the Stetson Wind I (57 MW) and Stetson Wind II (25.5 MW) projects owned by TerraForm Power, with participating municipal light plants contracting ~12 MW / 42,196 MWh in total.
