Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company PJSC – Masdar completed the purchase of a 50% ownership stake in Terra-Gen Power Holdings II, LLC from Energy Capital Partners, with Igneo Infrastructure Partners retaining the other 50%, giving Masdar joint ownership of Terra-Gen's ~3.8 GW operating portfolio and a 12 GW+ development pipeline in the U.S.
