Meta Platforms announced a suite of agreements on 2026-01-09 to secure up to 6.6 GW of firm nuclear capacity by 2035 via 20-year PPAs and commercial backing that include uprates at existing plants (Vistra), development prepayments and phased deployment for an Aurora fast-reactor campus (Oklo), and acceleration of up to eight Natrium reactors with integrated storage (TerraPower).
