Meta Platforms, Inc. has signed a long-term power purchase agreement to offtake the full output of the 600MW Clear Fork solar farm near San Antonio, Texas, a project owned and being developed by Enbridge Inc., which is expected to cost about US$900 million and enter operation in summer 2027.
