Midas Atlantic Partners and The Najafi Companies have agreed to acquire Panasonic Industry’s European Power and Battery Control Solutions business, which generated approximately €413 million of revenue in the financial year ended March 2026. The business, headquartered in Germany with manufacturing in Slovakia, supplies industrial power devices, wireless modules, battery disconnect units, and high-voltage DC-DC converters to industrial and automotive customers. Panasonic Industry is divesting the operations to concentrate on its core businesses, with the sale expected to close on February 1, 2027, subject to regulatory approvals. DC Advisory acted as M&A adviser to the buyers, while Simmons & Simmons and TMI Associates provided legal advice, and RSM Ebner Stolz acted as tax adviser.
