Mindstream Energy signed a long‑term natural gas supply agreement with Jordan’s National Petroleum Company to fuel a 400 MW data centre at the Al‑Risha gas field. The agreement provides the gas needed to power the proposed modular data centre on a 245‑acre campus near Jordan’s eastern border with Iraq. By pairing cheap natural gas with modular construction, Mindstream aims to deliver AI, HPC and sovereign cloud capacity within three to four months of order. The deal strengthens Jordan’s nascent data‑centre ecosystem and gives the National Petroleum Company a new industrial off‑take for its gas production. No financial terms were disclosed, and the agreement was announced in July 2026.
