Moeve and Atlantic Copper have formed a strategic partnership to advance the Andalusian Green Hydrogen Valley project in Huelva, positioning the province as Europe's sole viable location for a functional green hydrogen valley. The collaboration includes Atlantic Copper's Circular initiative, which emphasizes environmental responsibility by treating industrial waste generated in developed countries within the same region. The partnership aims to transform Huelva's existing industrial base, which currently accounts for one-third of Spain's hydrogen production and consumption, from grey to green hydrogen and other green molecules demanded by international industry. The initiatives are critical to meeting the European Union's stringent decarbonization directives and establishing Huelva as a cornerstone of the continent's clean energy transition.
