Monolith is planning to develop a modular data center facility on approximately 10 acres of its Olive Creek campus in Hallam, Lancaster County, Nebraska. The company is reportedly considering Crusoe as the prospective project partner for this development. Monolith aims to amend Hallam’s zoning ordinance to include “data center” as an authorized use for the site. This initial development is part of a larger plan, with a more extensive development directly east of the Olive Creek campus expected to follow via a separate application.
