The 10-year bond, issued at a rate of 9.75%, is earmarked to finance new renewable generation and energy storage infrastructure in Argentina. The funds will optimize MSU Green Energy's capital structure and advance new solar and battery storage projects, including existing solar projects like Pampa del Infierno (130 MW) and Las Lomas (40 MW), and new battery storage systems in Matheu (150 MW) and Oro Verde (30 MW). The issuance saw demand exceeding the offered amount, highlighting investor confidence in the company's renewable energy portfolio. BBVA, J.P. Morgan, and Santander acted as international placers and joint bookrunners, with Balanz, Bull Market, Cucchiara, Galicia, Santander Argentina, and ICBC participating in the local tranche.
