NatPower Marine, a subsidiary of Gruppo NatPower, completed the strategic acquisition of Aqua superPower from ATV Power, gaining control of the largest international electric charging network for boats and yachts in Europe and North America. The deal positions NatPower Marine to integrate Aqua superPower’s operational expertise and existing infrastructure into its broader NatPower Marine platform, which focuses on electrifying major maritime ports and terminals. According to NatPower Marine CEO Fabrizio Zago, the transaction provides immediate operational presence in critical markets and strengthens the company’s ability to execute large-scale electrification projects.
