New Era Energy & Digital subsidiary TCDC PowerCo LLC signed a 20-year PPA with Luminant ET Services Company LLC for a minimum of 200 MW and up to 207 MW of power from Vistra Corp.'s natural gas-fired facility to supply Phase 1 of the Texas Critical Data Center in Midland, Texas, with power expected to be available in Q3 2027 and a concurrent development framework agreement granting Vistra certain project rights.
