Novar and Westermeerweg Zon Holding finalized financial close for the 148 MW Westermeerdijk Solar Park in Noordoostpolder, Flevoland, Netherlands, with each entity holding a 50% ownership stake. The solar park will connect via the private Netaansluiting Noordwest Zon substation, developed in collaboration with HVC, to address grid congestion challenges in the region. The initiative involves 15 landowners and leaseholders, with 44% of the land owned by the Central Government Real Estate Agency, and includes ten local agricultural entrepreneurs as stakeholders in Westermeerweg Zon Holding.
