DYCM Solar Modules Holdings, a U.S.-based solar module manufacturer, secured an investment led by Octo Capital, Audrose Capital Partners, and affiliates of Antarctica Capital to expand domestic manufacturing operations. The funding will support the initial buildout of more than 1 GW of annual FEOC-compliant solar module production capacity at the company's new 150,000-square-foot facility in Livermore, California. DYCM expects commercial shipments from its first HJT module line to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026, with over 1.2 GW of secured orders already in place. The modules are designed to comply with Build America, Buy America requirements, ensuring domestic content eligibility.
