OEG acquires Hybrid Resource Management to expand wind operations and maintenance services in the UK and Europe

OEG completed the acquisition of Hybrid Resource Management, a workforce solutions provider specializing in onshore and offshore wind operations and maintenance (O&M). The deal adds over 80 technicians and specialist personnel to OEG’s technical services team, enhancing its capacity to support wind energy projects across the UK and Europe. Hybrid Resource Management, founded in 2019 and headquartered in Newquay, Cornwall, will continue operating under its existing brand until integration into OEG in Q1 2027. The acquisition marks OEG’s fifteenth wind-related acquisition since 2021, reinforcing its position in the O&M and major component repair markets. Stephen Potter and Morwenna Richards, directors of Hybrid Resource Management, will remain to lead the business during the transition.
