Oracle has signed wind energy supply agreements totaling 1.7GW to support its operations in Texas, with specific deals involving RWE and Engie North America. The agreement with RWE is structured as a virtual Power Purchase Agreement (vPPA) for 433MW of wind energy from the Panther Creek I, II, and III wind farms in West Texas, which have been operational since 2008 and 2021. Engie North America will provide 568MW of wind energy to Oracle's Texas operations, while agreements with Clearway Energy and Scout Clean Energy account for the remaining capacity.
