Origis Energy signed long‑term power purchase agreements with Meta, Occidental, dsm‑firmenich and Bekaert for the newly commissioned 500 MW of solar capacity at its Rockhound complex in Ector County, Texas. The agreements cover the three additional phases that have just entered commercial operation, bringing the site’s operating capacity to nearly 1 GWdc. The contracts secure corporate offtake for the new solar output, supporting the developer’s plan to exceed 2 GW of solar and storage capacity by 2029.
