OX2 was awarded a Construction and Asset Transfer Agreement by Scatec to manage the construction of the 77 MW Urleasca onshore wind project in Romania until its commissioning. This agreement facilitates the development of Scatec's first European onshore wind project, which has an estimated cost of €168 million. Following commissioning, Scatec will take over operations and maintenance and asset management services for the project. The Urleasca project is targeted for commercial operations in the second half of 2028, expanding Scatec's renewable energy portfolio in Romania.
