Palisade Investment Partners acquires two renewable energy projects from LP Renewable Projects and Celero Infrastructure

Type: Acquisition · Technology: Hybrid · Country: Australia · Announced: 2026-09-14

Palisade Investment Partners acquired 100 percent interests in two development-stage renewable energy projects in Australia: the Monogorilby Renewable Energy Park (MREP) and the Winton Renewable Energy Storage and Stability Terminal (WRESST). MREP is an integrated facility comprising up to 600 megawatts of wind generation and a colocated 400-megawatt ac/1,600-megawatt-hour battery energy storage system. WRESST is a 400-megawatt ac/1,600-megawatt-hour battery energy storage system development project located in Victoria, Australia, adjacent to the Glenrowan Terminal Station. The acquisitions were completed partway through the projects' development phases through Palisade's Australian renewable-energy platform, Intera Renewables, which was established in 2023. The deal adds two material development projects to Palisade's existing operating and in-construction portfolio of 2.5 gigawatts on a 100 percent ownership basis, including 2.2 gigawatts in Australia. The acquisitions follow the recruitment of Intera's growth and development team from Squadron Energy, which led the core development function responsible for establishing a 10-gigawatt project pipeline and progressing more than 1.2 gigawatts of renewable-energy projects from development to delivery.
