Parsons awarded 9-month contract by The Boring Company to support Dubai Loop underground transportation project

Parsons Corporation secured a 9-month contract from The Boring Company to act as the delegated program manager for the Dubai Loop project, an underground transportation initiative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Under the agreement, Parsons will provide Independent Design Verification, Stakeholder Management, Permitting and NOC Support for the Dubai Loop pilot phase, alongside conducting multidisciplinary reviews of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, safety, and utility designs. The Dubai Loop is a multi-phased passenger transport tunnel project developed in partnership with Dubai’s Roads and Transit Authority (RTA), designed to expand Dubai’s transport ecosystem with multiple tunnels and stations. Parsons brings deep regional expertise, having supported over 250 complex tunneling projects globally and more than 100 highway, bridge, and tunnel projects across the Emirate since 2005. The collaboration aligns with the UAE’s directives to accelerate advanced technologies and support the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, ensuring technically robust and compliant infrastructure delivery.
