Parsons Corporation secured a three-year program and construction management contract worth an undisclosed value to oversee the Lusail City Infrastructure Program in Qatar, a 38-square-kilometer master-planned development north of Doha. The project encompasses 19 districts including residential, mixed-use, commercial, entertainment, and waterfront areas, alongside four islands and expanding hospitality infrastructure. Parsons will provide program management, construction management, and construction supervision services, including design oversight, interface management, project controls, and quality assurance across the program. The contract extends Parsons' nearly 20-year partnership with Qatari Diar and Lusail Real Estate Development Company (LREDC), building on prior collaborations such as the Lusail Marina District and Qetaifan Islands.
