Patmos signed a contract to buy a warehouse located at 2500 Little Blue Parkway from NorthPoint for conversion into a data center. The transaction will enable Patmos to develop a new data center facility in Independence, Missouri. Building permit applications estimate the construction cost at around $107 million, indicating a sizable investment in the project. The deal comes as Independence evaluates a 180‑day moratorium on data‑center zoning, but Patmos says its project will proceed unaffected. This acquisition expands Patmos's portfolio, which already includes four operational data centers across the United States.
