Pivot Energy and Microsoft agreed a 5-year framework under which Pivot will develop up to 500 MWac of community-scale solar across ~100 U.S. communities (about 150 projects) between 2025 and 2029, with Microsoft purchasing the projects' renewable energy credits for a 20-year term.
